Dr. Ives has counseled people most of his life.  He is licensed by the state of New York as a Psychoanalyst.  He is an ordained Presbyterian Minister since 1980 and is now serving the Scarborough Presbyterian Church in Briarcliff Manor, New York.  His Doctorate is from Drew University in Madison, New Jersey and his Master of Divinity is from Union Theological Seminary in New York City.  His undergraduate degree is in History from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.  Tim presently teaches at the Westchester Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy.

A Note About Religion...

I am a trained minister but my training and experience has taught me time and again how much alike we are.  I have treated people of almost every religion and it has never been a hinderance and most often it is a help.  I am not out to make you think like me I am here to help you become you completely.
